Activities
SINCERE aims to promote SMEs by helping them with knowledge, networking and sharing knowledge with other players, future roadmaps, innovation strategies and by bringing them closer to researchers in the field, all with the objective of preparing them for participation in IP’s or NoE, or other research projects supported by the EC. The key activities to promote SMEs are:
- to identify and involve innovative SMEs,
- to organise training for FP6 and FP7 project participation and innovation training,
- to organise regional workshops with SMEs, industry and RTD, which at the same time potentially begin clustering, to discuss future needs, critical success factors and technology road maps,
- to transfer mechanisms between the partners and form transnational networks,
- to publish the results from national workshops, training activities, transnational conference and best practices on a project website and
- to disseminate the results at national level via publications, press releases etc.
