Objectives
The overall objective for SINCERE is to provide cost-effective services that enhance opportunities for SME participation in FP6 and FP7 projects and ultimately identify factors affecting possibilities or willingness to participate which are to result in recommendations and/or guidelines for the SMEs, European Commission and other interested parties.
The main focus is to develop Technology Roadmaps and Innovation Roadmaps together with participants and to disseminate these both between partner countries and further a field. These roadmaps, both national and transnational, will be crucial to the outcome of the project.
- Identification of regional, national and transnational e-Health strategies/plans, and presentation of a visionary roadmap with consideration to national and regional similarities and differences,
- at least 150 actively participating SMEs acting in the e-Health area,
- at least 30 of the actively participating companies shall form transnational partnership and/or clusters,
- participating companies shall publish at least 105 partnering profiles on various databases,
- at least 336 companies or organisations shall attend the 28 planned regional workshops (4 in each country),
- at least 280 companies or organisations shall attend the 28 regional training seminars and
- a transnational 2-day conference in e-Health will be held in the second year, in combination with workshops.
