MOBILITY-EU
Objectives:
Our projects aims at :
- Working out mobility agreements for any young people in Initial Vocational Training (full time education or apprenticeship)
- Implementing a platform dedicated to the promotion and availability of those tools for all the people involved-young people in Initial Vocational Training, companies, schools and training centres, competent Institutions in education and training..
Approach:
The project will be run in 4 stages :
- conception and production of written mobility agreements by each partner, on a common draft basis ~: each partner will write sending and hosting agreements for his/her country
- working out and implementation of an «~agreement customizer~» devised to generate agreements that take into account the legislations in both the sending and hosting countries, for any young student(whether in full time education or apprenticeship)
- conception and implementation of a dissemination scheme for those tools, according to the institutional position of the partners involved in this project in each country. (leaflets and web site)
- regular up-dating and perennially of the tools
Expected results:
The project should enable to remove one of the main obstacles to the European mobility of young people in Initial Vocational Training, namely the administrative and legal constraints. A tangible increase in the number of mobilities undertaken by young people in Initial Vocational Training should be noticed.

This partnership is part of a larger one, coordinated by the members of the European Network at the French Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, which gathers institutions and official organizations in charge of Initial Vocational Training in all EU countries.
Perspectives
We intend to develop this approach within 2010: « on line implementation of mobilitity agreements» to all EU countries. The institutions in charge of Initial Vocational Training in the other EU countries will be contacted shortly in order to identify the experts that could join us in this transfer project
